Who can join

Ripper Casino is open to adults of legal age, 18 or older, who live where online gambling is allowed by law. Minors may not play. We give you a personal licence to use our games for wagering, and it cannot be passed on to anyone else.

Your account

Each person may hold one active account in their own name. Opening or using extra accounts, even with different details, is not allowed, and winnings on them can be cancelled and the linked accounts closed. You play for yourself only, never for someone else, and we pay winnings only to a single verified account. Keep your e-mail address and phone number up to date, because both are needed for bonuses.

Real money and fun mode

Our games are played for real money, so wins and losses are real. You can also open your account in fun mode and play without staking cash.

Deposits

Deposits are made from the Cashier. The smallest deposit depends on the method, starting at $5 for Lightning Bitcoin and $10 for Neosurf, eZeeWallet, Litecoin and Bitcoin Cash, with $20 for cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payments must come from accounts that you own and control, and we may ask where your money comes from.

Withdrawals

Before your first withdrawal your account must be verified. Every deposit has to be played through at least once before it can be withdrawn. Weekly withdrawals go up to $2,000 and monthly withdrawals up to $8,000, and larger wins can be paid over several weeks. Withdrawals are handled Monday to Friday, after a pending period of two business days. Payouts normally go back to the method you deposited with.

Checks and documents

All withdrawals can be checked. If we ask for proof of identity, address or payment method, please send it within four weeks, otherwise the account can be suspended and winnings voided. Forged documents lead to closure of the account.

Bonuses

Only one bonus can be active at a time, and one bonus is allowed per person, household, shared computer or IP address. A coupon code is entered before the deposit it belongs to. While a bonus is active, the highest stake per round is $5, or $10 for VIP players, and extra deposits are not accepted. Each offer has its own wagering, time limit and cashout cap, shown with the offer when you redeem it.

Loyalty points

Points are collected on pokies only, one point for every $10 staked, and 100 points turn into $1. Converted funds need to be played once, and points cannot be converted while a bonus is active.

Progressive jackpots

You take part in jackpot games automatically while you are signed in and stake real money on an eligible game. A small jackpot bet is part of every spin.

Disputes

If something goes wrong with a game or a payment, e-mail us within one hour of the event. If a game is cut off, your balance stays as recorded on our servers.

Inactive accounts

An account with no activity for more than six months in a row is treated as dormant, and its remaining balance is cancelled.

Taxes and changes

You are responsible for any tax on your winnings. We may update these rules and our promotions, so please read them again from time to time.
